Our standard shipping cost for Belgium is € 8,00 for parcel post. For Europe the shipping cost is € 18,00.
The delivery times are not binding, but are only given as an indication. No delay in delivery can lead to cancellation of the purchase or payment of compensation in favor of the buyer.
Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Wrong delivery addresses are always the responsibility of the customer and can lead to additional costs. Unpaid orders will automatically be canceled after fourteen days.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the goods within fourteen days after receiving them. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping back to us. We will refund you within fourteen days if we receive the goods in perfect condition. This implies that the products can not be damaged, dirty, modified or worn, nor does they contain any kind of wear and tear. Postal charges of the return are for you. We are not responsible for damages or loss of return orders. You can also return your order in person.
We try to describe the products as good as possible and to clarify them by photos. The colors on the photos may differ sightly from the real colors. The settings and quality of your screen can have an influence on this, as well as the light. We can not accept exchanges based on color deviations. We first check our products ourselves for possible errors or defects.
Force majeure & liabilities
We are not responsible for any delay of shipment of our products caused by things that are beyond our control, such as production interruptions, difficulties in supply or shortage of material, energy or transport or delays in transport, strike, and so on.
If you have any questions about your purchase, feel free to contact us. Every complaint must be explained in detail by e-mail or registered letter within seven days after receipt of the products. We do everything we can to prevent and to resolve any complaints. We are not liable for damage through use of our products.
If the products you have purchased are defective, Akt will comply with the statutory warranty regulations. If you have a complaint following material- or production errors in the products that we have supplied, including transport damage, you must inform us in detail by registered mail or e-mail in order to be admissible. This must be done within five days after receiving the products. Afterwards you return the products without any delay.
